Given that the Rose Knights also ended up as the Diplomatic Escorts to the Japanese Delegation as well as part of the translators, messages between Bozes and Tomita might have altered some of the outcome from the encroaching Sweepers to some degree, like staging snipers earlier in or having 3rd Recon already on point in preparation for a more organized combat evac. Tomita could have been a pretty normal military man, have a minor crisis of conscience as he's in love with the very person he needs info from, and given that secret agent stuff isn't really his forte, kind of just ask Bozes to help provide info, only providing what wouldn't harm her or the Rose Knights at first. ![]() He's at least Ranger trained and Airborn trained, so he has some serious combat cred if it was utilized more. ![]() Tomita doesn't have much of a fleshed out personality, being just as underutilized by the author as many other characters were. ![]()
